Rigorous Material & Structural Testing
We implement comprehensive testing regimes on every site before and during the pouring of foundations and erection of structural frames. From analyzing the silt levels in sand to conducting non-destructive ultrasonic tests (NDT) on heavy weld joints, our quality control team leaves nothing to chance.
By testing concrete cubes at 7-day and 28-day intervals, we make sure that our civil works achieve the targeted characteristic compressive strength (such as M25, M30, or higher grades) before subject to actual production machinery loads.
